IAEA 'D' Values (2006, latest publication)

Dangerous quantities of radioactive material (D-values). A dangerous quantity is that, which if uncontrolled, could be involved in a reasonable scenario resulting in the death of an exposed individual or a permanent injury, which decreases that person’s quality of life.
